In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

To open and use a uus4d Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as Members.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia at the time of each login and transaction.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. uus4d does not permit access to any individual under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indonesian law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of uus4d, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a Restricted Person as defined in Clause 1.
• You must not have had a previous uus4d Account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

uus4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in Account suspension until the verification is completed.

Each eligible individual may register exactly one Account on the uus4d Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card), a valid email address, a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia, and a date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times and must notify uus4d promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. uus4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

uus4d reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or any particular product or promotion.

All deposits and withdrawals on the uus4d Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). uus4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and, subject to verification, for withdrawals:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. uus4d does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which uus4d bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the uus4d Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before processing a withdrawal, uus4d may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

uus4d reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular activity. In such cases, uus4d may request additional documentation before releasing funds. Funds that are found to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposits credited to your Account in error must be reported to uus4d support immediately. Any such erroneously credited funds remain the property of uus4d and may be reclaimed at any time. Using funds that you know or reasonably ought to know were credited in error constitutes a breach of these Terms.

uus4d offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all uus4d promotions:

• Each promotion is available once per Member, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonus Funds that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met are forfeited without compensation.
• Certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer baccarat and certain high-RTP slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate toward Wagering Requirements, as specified in the promotion terms.
• uus4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice to Members who have not yet opted in.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse, collusion, arbitrage, use of automated betting systems, or any other conduct that uus4d determines to be inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

All bets placed on the uus4d Platform are governed by the product-specific rules published within each game or betting market. In the event of any ambiguity, uus4d's interpretation of its own rules shall be final and binding. The following general provisions apply across all products:

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by uus4d's systems. Confirmation is displayed on screen and recorded in your Account's bet history. Bets that are not confirmed due to a system error, connectivity failure, or similar technical issue shall be deemed void and any staked amount returned to your Balance.
• uus4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a manifest technical or human error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• Sportsbook bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Lines on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and all other covered competitions are governed by the settlement rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform.
• For togel (numbers lottery) products, draws are conducted at scheduled times (WIB, UTC+7) and results are final once published. No claims of error will be accepted after results have been published and settled.
• For scratch cards and keno, game outcomes are determined at the time of play by a certified random number generator. Results are final and cannot be reversed once a game session has concluded.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result or game outcome, the Member must submit a dispute via uus4d's live chat within 72 hours of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered.

uus4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers the following tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, all of which are accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Per-category or platform-wide loss limits may be configured to restrict total losses within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uus4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own or another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration, KYC, or any other process.
• Using the Platform if you are a Restricted Person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way that gives an unfair advantage or circumvents Platform security.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploit must be reported to uus4d support immediately; exploiting rather than reporting constitutes a breach.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other Members or third parties in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any purpose that violates Indonesian or international anti-money laundering laws.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's code, systems, or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uus4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first exhausting the dispute resolution process provided by uus4d.

All content on the uus4d Platform — including but not limited to software code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, game rules, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of uus4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of uus4d.

Game titles, studio names, and associated assets provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. uus4d licenses these games under separate agreements with each studio.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uus4d's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall uus4d be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on the accuracy or completeness of information published on the Platform, including odds, scores, and game data.
• Any loss arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or Force Majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes uus4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

uus4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and uus4d. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, uus4d collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. uus4d does not sell personal data to third parties.

uus4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, uus4d will notify registered Members by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Balance by contacting uus4d support prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which uus4d is licensed to operate. The Platform is operated for and directed primarily at Indonesian residents, and these Terms are drafted to reflect the context of the Indonesian market.

In the event of a dispute between you and uus4d, you must first contact uus4d's customer support team via live chat to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 calendar days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the formal dispute resolution process as described in the Platform's support documentation.

uus4d's decisions on game results, bet settlements, and bonus awards are final and binding once the relevant settlement or expiry period has passed, subject only to manifest error as described in Clause 6.
