Throughout this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly indicates otherwise.

uus4d acts as the data controller in respect of all Personal Data collected through the Platform. As data controller, uus4d determines the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data and is responsible for ensuring that processing is carried out lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

The Platform is operated for and directed primarily at residents of Indonesia. All Personal Data collected from Indonesian members is handled with reference to the applicable data protection framework and with the highest practical standard of care. uus4d does not transfer Personal Data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate safeguards.
